Information We Collect

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you ("Personal Data").

A. Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Data: Your name, email address, and a hashed version of your password.
  • Productivity Data: Tasks, goals, aspirations, time slots assigned to tasks, and notes you input into the Service.
  • Communication Data: Your interactions, prompts, and responses with the 3D AI Avatar Assistant.

Note on AI Model Training: We do not use your Productivity Data or Communication Data to train our foundational AI models. We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve the performance and accuracy of the Service's specific features, such as the Performance Dashboard and Smart Reminders.

B. Information Collected Through Service Integration (Google Calendar)

A core feature of the Service is the Daily Planning Support, which requires integration with your Google Calendar. When you connect your Google account, we collect and process the following data:

  • Google Calendar Metadata: Calendar IDs, settings, and access permissions.
  • Google Calendar Event Data: Event titles, descriptions, start and end times, and attendees.

Crucially, our use of this Google user data is strictly limited to providing the core functionality of the Service, specifically for daily planning, task syncing, and smart reminders. We adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Limited Use Policy. This means:

  1. We will only use access to read, write, modify, or control Google user data to provide the core functionality of the Service.
  2. We will not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
  3. We will not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties.
  4. We will not use Google user data for any purpose other than providing the Service's features.

C. Information Generated by the Service

  • Performance Data: Metrics such as task completion rates, time spent on tasks, daily/weekly/monthly progress, and suggested priorities generated by the AI assistant.

Steadiness.ai is a global service.
